You will know our service is working because each and every time we contact the credit bureaus on your behalf, we notify you immediately that we have done so. Each contact will "trigger" the investigation that requires all three credit bureaus to begin conducting an audit and verification process of the negative items in question. Sometimes throughout this 30 - 40 day investigation period the credit bureaus will send you a letter either asking for something or just letting you know the process has been initiated. When the investigation has been completed the credit bureaus will send to you, by mail, results of the investigation with updated credit reports. This is the information that lets you know what was removed from your credit reports, so you’ll see how the service is working to “help my credit.” This, of course, is also the same information we need to continue our work for you if there are any negative items remaining on your credit reports, so please forward this information to us immediately. |

When we accomplish deletions and improvements, you will be the first one to see these changes on your credit reports and how they are helping to “clean up my credit.” Each time a disputation is submitted to the credit bureaus, your only responsibility is to make sure that whatever correspondence you receive in the mail you forward on to us immediately. |

| A: | The best way is to mail this information to the address on this site or on the welcome package you receive from us. We can accept faxes, but we don’t encourage them because they often arrive unclear or missing some pages. When you mail the information to us, it is a good idea to wait about 10 days and then check your account by calling to ensure we have received your mail. Once we have received it, we will continue work to clean up your credit.
